1 frozen vegan wheat pie crust 1 jar of vegan hot fudge 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter 1 package of 8 oz kite hill plan cream cheese 1 container of So Delicious coconut cool whip 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
In a mixing bowl pour in the peanut butter, cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar and combine well. I used a spatula to spread everything together, but you can use a hand mixer if you want. Then pour the mix into the pie crust. Freeze the pie for up to three hours before serving. You can heat the hot fudge and pour it on top of the pie or let people drizzle their own fudge when you serve it!
