Best Post-Work-Out Foods

You just finished the best cycling session, run, weight circuit, or High-Intensity Interval Training work out. You want to eat something that will compliment your work out but you aren't sure where to turn! No need to worry any longer, check out my list!

The following foods will give you ample carbohydrates, protein, and fat to help your body recover from your work out.

4. Oatmeal with berries

7. Protein shake with spinach, berries, nut milk, and pea protein

8. Flaxseeds

10. Whole grain toast
