Breakfast Acai Bowls

Ingredients:

  • Sambazon Organic Acai Berry Smoothie Packs (in the frozen section of the grocery store)

  • 1/4 cup of diced frozen spinach

  • 1/4 cup of frozen dark cherries or blackberries

  • 2 scoops of vega protein and greens chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetend almond milk

  • 2 tbsp of agave or maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp of granola

In a blender combine all of the ingredients except the granola. It will not be watery like a smoothie, but more like ice cream in texture. If you want it to be a little less thick add more almond milk. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the granola or extra frozen blackberries!
