Cajun Tofu Salad

1 container of extra firm tofu 1 lime 4 tbsp of cajun seasoning 4 cups of romaine lettuce 1 cup of saffron crispy chickpeas in chipotle seasoning Follow your heart vegan cesar dressing (use to your liking)

Drain the tofu and in a bowl cover the tofu with cajun seasoning. Then drizzle with the lime juice. Let marinate for one hour. After the tofu has marinated heat the oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and then cut the tofu into squares. While the tofu is cooling put the romaine, chickpeas and dressing in a bowl. Then top with tofu!
