Ingredients: 1 bag of cauliflower gnocchi from Trader Joe's 1 1/2 cups Engine2 basil sauce 1/4 cup Kitehill ricotta 3 tbsp grapeseed oil
Pour the frozen gnocchi into a bowl and microwave for three minutes. While they are microwaving pour in the sauce and ricotta into a sauce pan and bring to medium heat. Add another pan to the stove and add in the grapeseed oil. Bring the heat to medium. Remove the gnocchi from the microwave and place some in the pan. You want enough room to be able to flip them. Cook the gnocchi for about 1 minute on each side. Do this until all of the gnocchi are cooked. Pour half of the sauce into a bowl and top the sauce with as many gnocchi as you like!
