1 can of chickpeas drained
1 batch of green onions sliced
1/2 lemon wedge- juiced
2 slices of dave's killer bread
1 tbsp of Sir Kensington's Vegan Chipotle Mayo
In a bowl add in the chickpeas, avocado, green onions, and lemon juice. Mix up and smash until you have a consistency you like. I usually just make it with a few whole chickpeas to give it a slightly chunky texture. Spread the chipotle mayo onto the bread and then spread the chickpea salad onto the bread slices.
