Creamy Bowtie Pasta


  • Jovial gluten free brown rice bowtie pasta

  • Homemade cashew cream

  • Organic sliced mushrooms

  • Your favorite tomato sauce

  • Paprika

  • Parsley

  • Salt and Pepper

Bring water to a boil and pour in the bow tie pasta

Drain the pasta and set aside. Pour the tomato sauce and sliced mushrooms into the pot and bring a simmer. Simmer until the mushrooms become soft. Add in a tbsp of paprika and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Once the mushrooms are soft add in the pasta to the sauce and spoon in the cashew cream two tablespoons at a time. Serve the pasta in a bowl and top with parsley.
