1 box of chickpea shell pasta
1 jar of Engine 2 kale tomato sauce
1 can of coconut milk
1 tsp of oregano
In a medium sized pot bring water to a boil and cook the shells. Drain and set aside. In the same pot pour in the tomato sauce and only the cream at the top of the coconut milk. If there isn't any cream just pour in half of the can that has the milk at the top. Mix well and warm. Add in the pasta and stir until completely covered with sauce. Then serve with a dusting of the oregano!
