Japanese Soba Noodles are a nutrient dense food and they are oh so tasty!
I love any recipe where I can load it up with tons of vegetables. This recipe is, like my other recipes, simple/quick/easy. You can make this in 20-30 minutes (depending upon how many vegetables you decide to chop and add to your recipe).
Hakubaku organic Soba Japanese buckwheat noodles
Organic red bell pepper
Organic snap peas
You can make these soba noodles in boiling water in four minutes. Chop up the vegetables and heat up olive oil in a wok or deep pan. Cook the vegetables in the hot oil and after five minutes add in minced garlic, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Cook until the vegetables are slightly soft but still crisp.
Add in the soba noodles to the veggie mix and toss until they are covered in the sauce and mixed well. Spoon the amount you desire into a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
