Vegan Baked Ziti


Ingredients: 1 jar of engine2diet basil pasta sauce 2 boxes of eatbanza penne 1 ball of miyokos kitchen mozzarella 1 cup crushed kale

Heat oven to 375. In a large pot bring water to a boil and add in the kale and pasta. Cook until the pasta is soft. Drain. And set aside. In a 13×9 baking dish pour a small amount of the pasta sauce on the bottom and spread it around. Pour in the noodles and kale. Then pour the rest of the sauce on top. Spread the sauce with a spoon over the noodles until it covers everything. Cut the mozzarella into strips and place them on top of the noodles. Cook for 25 minutes and then serve!
