1/2 cup white chia seeds
2 cups unsweetend almond milk
1/2 cup of blueberries or strawberries
2 tbsp maple syrup
In a bowl combine the chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup. Stir until the chia seeds are mixed in. Put in the fridge for about an hour. After an hour stir the chia seeds into the almond milk once more and then refrigerate over night. The next morning spoon out as much as you want or use the entire bowl for breakfast. Top with blueberries or strawberries. If you don't like topping your chia seed pudding with fruit you can also blend it into the milk.
In a blender combine the almond milk, blueberries or strawberries, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour the chia seeds into the blueberry/strawberry milk and repeat the same process as above.
