Vegan Eggnog and Chocolate Gingerbread Pancakes

2 cups of Madhava pancake mix 1 cup eggnog 1/2 cup of hot chocolate mix 2 tbsp of powdered ginger 2 tbsp of cinnamon

In a mixing bowl pour 1 cup of Madhava pancake mix, 1 cup eggnog, and 2 tbsp of cinnamon. In another mixing bowl pour in 1 cup of Madhava pancake mix, 1 cup of water, and 2 tbsp of powdered ginger. 

Heat up a pan and spray with canola oil or add in vegan butter. Using a 1/4 measuring cup spoon in 1/4 cup of mix to make small pancakes. 

Once all the pancakes are cooked serve with maple syrup, cinnamon maple syrup, and butter!
