Vegan Hatch Chile and Guac Taquitos


Ingredients:

  • Spinach and cilantro tortillas

  • Amy's refried black beans

  • Diced pickled jalapeno

  • My hatch chile cream sauce

  • Gaucamole

Pre heat oven to 400°. Slice the tortilla in half and dollop refried or regular black beans into the tortilla. Then top the black beans with jalapenos. Roll up your tortilla like a baby burrito and place in a parchment lined baking sheet. Do this until you have all the little taquitos you want! Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Half way through baking take the hatch chile cream sauce and dollop it on top of the taquitos.  Serve over your favorite guacamole!
