1 package of lifelite vegan sausage 1 large jalapeno diced 1 batch of my vegan southern biscuits 2 tbsp of vegan butter 2 tbsp of olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Make up a batch of my vegan southern biscuits. Set the biscuit mix aside and in a pan on medium heat warm up two tbsp of olive oil. Add the sausage to the pan and break it up apart and cook for five minutes. Chop up the jalapeno into small pieces. Add the jalapenos to the sausage mix and cook together when the sausage has been cooked for four minutes.
Pour the sausage and jalapeno mix to the biscuit batter. Combine well. On a parchment lined cookie sheet ball up the biscuit batter and place on the cookie sheet. Do this until all the batter is gone. Melt two tbsp of vegan butter and brush the melted butter on top fo the balled biscuits. Place in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with coffee, tea, or a mimosa!
