Veggies and Zoodles


Ingredients:

4 purple potatoes

1 cup frozen broccoli

1 cup frozen cauliflower

1 cup of zoodles

2 tbsp of avocado oil

4 tbsp of Victoria vegan alfredo sauce

1 tsp of garlic powder

2 tsp seasoned salt

salt and pepper to taste


In a medium sized pan pour in the avocado oil and bring to a medium heat. Add in the potatoes and cook for four minutes. Then add in the broccoli and cauliflower. Cook for another three minutes. Then add in the zoodles and cook for another three minutes. Then top with the alfredo sauce, garlic, seasoned salt, and salt and pepper to taste.
