16-Week Program


If you are feeling you are in a diet dire straights because you are suffering from heart disease, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and high blood pressure there is no need to panic, you've come to the right place! You will have a personalized meal plan, fitness plan, weekly recipe and health tips, scheduled weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, and as needed text consultation (in case you don't know what to order when eating out or you just need help!). I am with you if you have questions about grocery shopping, or just questions and concerns. 


You will receive a zip file with expectations of the program and a client form to fill out.


After receiving your client from I will schedule a call to go over your goals and then create a personalized meal plan to your specifications.
