By working with Rose+Ginger Nutrition, you agree to the terms below.
1. Program Expectations
I offer structured nutrition consulting packages designed to help you meet your wellness goals. Before we begin, we will review the specific components of your chosen package, including the number of sessions, the included support, the program duration, and the total investment, so you know exactly what is included.
Should you wish to add extra sessions or personalized support that falls outside your current package, I will provide a clear breakdown of the additional costs for your approval before we proceed. There will never be any surprise costs.2. Payment Terms
To ensure you receive the safest and most effective support, please note that I provide guidance through nutritional education and functional nutrition strategies to help you optimize your health, though my services do not include the diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any medical condition or illness. As a Nutrition Consultant rather than a medical doctor, I do not prescribe medication, order medical tests, or provide medical diagnoses.
2. Payment & Scheduling
Payment is processed in full at the time of purchase to secure your chosen program and confirm your spot in my calendar. Once your payment is received and the package is secured, we will move forward with scheduling your initial sessions and beginning our work together.
3. Insurance, Labs, and Billing
I accept insurance for clients enrolled in my "Mini" package. We can discuss your specific coverage options and how your plan may dictate the number of sessions available during our initial conversation. Please note that insurance does not cover the cost of laboratory testing or supplements, nor are these items included in the Mini package.
However, you may use HSA or FSA funds to cover labs and supplements. For clients who choose a Premium or Exclusive package, I am happy to provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Because I reserve time specifically for you in my calendar, sessions that are not booked or used within the designated package timeframe are non-refundable. Additionally, all purchases regarding supplements are final and non-refundable.
Regarding laboratory testing, please be aware that once a lab order is processed and sent in, it cannot be refunded. Should an issue arise with a lab test, I will do my best to advocate on your behalf to request a replacement at no additional cost; however, I cannot guarantee that the laboratory will honor that request.
5. Referral and Continuity of Care
My practice is committed to your safety and clinical well-being. If at any point your health concerns become too complex or severe to be addressed through nutrition consulting, I will act promptly to refer you to the appropriate medical professionals or specialists who can provide the necessary level of care.
In instances where symptoms fall outside my scope of practice, we may need to pause our nutrition consulting sessions. This allows you to prioritize the medical support required for your condition. We can resume our work together once the immediate health crisis has been resolved and your medical provider has confirmed it is appropriate to incorporate nutritional support into your care plan.
6. Communication Policy
To ensure I can provide each of my clients with focused and high-quality care, I manage all client communication through Healthie. I monitor and respond to messages during my working hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST. Please note that I am offline and do not respond to messages on weekends or holidays.
While I am happy to provide support via Healthie, please be aware that if our communication becomes a daily occurrence, I may recommend scheduling a formal consultation session to ensure we are addressing your needs effectively. If you send a message outside of my working hours, I will make it a priority to get back to you during the next business day.
7. Privacy, Confidentiality, & HIPAA Compliance
Your privacy is a top priority. All information shared during our nutrition consultations, including your symptoms, personal history, family history, and laboratory results, is strictly confidential and handled with the highest level of care. To ensure full HIPAA compliance and the protection of your personal health information, all client data and documentation are securely housed within Healthie. Your information is never shared outside of my practice without your explicit, written consent
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided to you during our work together, including meal plans, educational guides, recipes, and protocol documents, are for your personal use only. These materials are protected by copyright and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed publicly without my express written consent.
9. Technical & Connectivity Requirements
Our sessions are conducted via video conferencing to ensure we can review documents and discuss your progress effectively. To ensure the quality of our time together, please have a stable internet connection and a private space ready for our calls. In the event of technical difficulties or video connection failures, I will contact you via the phone number provided in your client file to continue our session over the phone. If we are unable to resolve technical issues within the first 10 minutes, we will reschedule the remainder of the session to ensure you receive the full benefit of our time.
