Personalized nutrition and lifestyle consulting informed by clinical neuroscience and functional medicine principles
What I Offer
I work with adults experiencing chronic, multifactorial health concerns involving the gut, immune system, metabolism, brain, and nervous system. Care is individualized and consultative, integrating nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted clinical tools to support meaningful and sustainable change.
This is not protocol-based or gut-only care. While gastrointestinal health is addressed when relevant, recommendations are informed by how the gut, liver, gallbladder, immune system, metabolic function, and nervous system interact, particularly as they relate to mood, cognition, and chronic symptoms.
Because this level of integration requires careful assessment, pacing, and follow-up, care is provided in a minimum four-month engagement.
Investment
$500 per month
Laboratory testing is billed separately when clinically indicated.
This structure allows for:
Front-loaded assessment and interpretation
Individualized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle guidance
Ongoing refinement of recommendations based on response
Ethical spacing of visits without rushing decisions or over-intervening
Pricing reflects the time, expertise, and clinical reasoning required for complex cases, not volume-based care or standardized protocols. Initial care includes a front-loaded assessment and interpretation phase. For this reason, the first month of care may be priced differently in some cases. This will be discussed transparently during the discovery call.
Why This Model Is Different
Functional nutrition can be oversaturated with gut-focused and detoxification practices, this work is intentionally distinct.
Care is informed by:
Clinical neuroscience training
Advanced nutrition and metabolic expertise
Published research as a lead author in peer-reviewed medical journals
A systems-level understanding of neuroimmune, mitochondrial, and metabolic physiology
This approach is best suited for individuals who:
Have not fully improved with conventional or protocol-driven care
Want a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach
Value clinical judgment over checklists
It may not be the right fit for those seeking quick fixes, supplement stacks, or gut-only protocols
-
Nutrition recommendations are tailored to clinical needs, symptoms, and tolerance rather than rigid dietary frameworks. Guidance may include macronutrient balance, meal timing, food quality, and nutrient adequacy based on individual presentation.
Vitamin and mineral recommendations are made thoughtfully, with attention to absorption, interactions, and overall nutrient balance.
Meal planning support is practical and flexible, designed to be sustainable rather than prescriptive.
-
Laboratory testing is recommended before starting our consulting to inform clinical decision-making. Testing decisions are based on symptom and clinical presentation and personal history.
Labs are interpreted in clinical context to guide thoughtful, individualized recommendations.
-
Supplements are used as targeted tools, not as long-term or in excessive. Recommendations are made based on individual need, clinical findings, and response, with a focus on appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety.
The goal is to support physiology where needed while avoiding unnecessary complexity or prolonged supplementation when it is no longer indicated.
-
Lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress physiology, movement, light exposure, and daily routines play a critical role in nervous system and metabolic health.
Lifestyle guidance is practical, individualized, and realistic.
-
Red light therapy (photobiomodulation) is a non-invasive modality that uses specific wavelengths of light to support cellular and mitochondrial function in the brain.
For some individuals, photobiomodulation may be a supportive adjunct for symptoms related to anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, and cognitive fatigue.
This offering is intended for adults who may benefit from a red light therapy helmet as part of a broader, individualized care plan.
My Process
Discovery Call
I start with a 45 minute discovery call to understand your history, current symptoms, and the main obstacles to progress. This call helps determine whether my approach is the right fit.
Targeted Testing
Based on your history and priorities, I recommend two core labs that are included in the new client package. Testing is selected intentionally to inform care.
First Clinical Consultation
Once results are available, we schedule your first full consultation to review findings and build your personalized care plan. This includes individualized nutrition guidance, strategic supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your physiology and symptoms
Implementation & Support (4-Month Commitment)
We meet once a month for four months (required) to implement the plan, monitor response, and adjust recommendations based on progress. The goal is measurable improvement, not indefinite appointments.
Note on Mycotoxin Exposure
If your case involves suspected or confirmed mycotoxin exposure, the timeline and structure may shift. These cases often require longer implementation phases and more gradual pacing to support tolerance and sustainability.
